My name is Tristan, I was born and raised in the San Antonio, TX area with a 6 year stint down in South Texas where I earned my Bachelor of Science in Range and Wildlife Management while also working for the King Ranch as a hunting guide, ranch hand, and the occasional appearance as a product model for their website and catalogues.
Prior to CF I was in the retail sales space for the welding and gas supply industry here in Central Texas. Looking forward to continuing my real estate journey and helping investors utilize the hard money world to gain their financial freedom and build their portfolios!
I have been a real estate investor for 8 years and focused mainly on the buy and hold market, but I now have my focus leaning towards working with fix and flippers and ground up developers as well.
